TRR SYSTEM-TACTICS WARRANTY:

Workmanship Warranty Term: 10 YEARS (FREE)

This workmanship warranty only covers labor and installation of installed roofing projects by TRR. IF TRR is at fault from prior installation of said project, then client is not charged for repairs or material costs from system installation and TRR will be obligated to make said repairs, adjustments or pay for costs of materials needed. This warranty does not cover roof damages from weather related damage such as storm damage or from manmade damage after installation has been completed and inspected. This warranty is void if for any reason after installation a separate company, non-company or roofing company has made repairs or caused damage to the roof after a TRR installation. This workmanship warranty is transferable from homeowner to buyer at the cost of TBD by TRR to the buyer payable to TRR if within the 10-Year period of installation. Homeowners and buyers can also opt to not transfer the warranty at their own discretion. TRR will not be held liable for roofs where no warranty has been transferred. If the homeowner sells property before the end of the 10-Year period, then this warranty is void unless a payment of TBD by TRR has been made to TRR and warranty has been transferred from homeowner to buyer. All! warranties or manufacturers warranties are submitted and verified only after project(s) completion.
