This is a time now when builders build homes with the cheapest labor and materials, things can go wrong almost immediately on a new home. That’s what happened to our roof. We bought a home that was only 3 years old and the roof needed to be replaced. Luckily I found tactical roofing. Ryan was absolutely terrific. Came when we had a leak and gave us an estimate to replace the roof. He pointed out all the things wrong and not up to code when they built the house. I wanted the best materials and labor and it done right the first time. That’s exactly what I got. Ryan stayed on site until it was all done. Making sure everything was done to the best standards. When they took off the old roof I couldn’t believe the things that he pointed out that was wrong. The cheapest materials that they used. As the saying goes “you get what you pay for!” Ryan and tactical roofing is definitely worth the money. Thanks Ryan!

Had Ryan over with with tactical roofing, he arrived on time and went right to work seeing if I need just a repair or complete replacement. I like the fact he was trying to save me money And not the typical go for throat mentality. I would definitely recommend them.
